Deepika Padukone is living her time to the fullest amid the COVID-19 lockdown. From taking care of her skin to working out and cooking, she's doing it all at her Mumbai residence. On the other hand, her husband Ranveer Singh is mostly sleeping throughout the day.
In a recent video chat with Rajeev Masand, Deepika revealed Ranveer's quarantine routine and said, “I have to say, he’s the easiest person to live with in this scenario. He’s sleeping for about 20 hours, which really allows me time to do things that I want to do.” She further showered praised on him and quipped, “For the four hours that he’s awake, we’re either watching a movie, eating, exercising. He’s a real joy to be with at this time. No demands, no hassles, he’s very easy."
This is why technology freaks me out! Got on a video call with director #ShakunBatra and #DeepikaPadukone to talk about how #Coronavirus grounded their new film, and how they’re using #lockdown productively. Such a fun chat! Then tech decides that the least lovely face of the three should get the biggest window Aah! But it’s really a fun chat...and we managed to talk about life and some serious things too. Interview now up on my #YouTube channel. Link in bio. #bollywood @shakunbatra @deepikapadukone #video
Well, that's interesting!
In the same interview, Deepika also defended the workout videos on social media during the pandemic. "To be honest, putting up exercise videos -- rather, exercising, not putting up videos -- it’s more about how you feel. It’s not really about how you look," she said.
On the work front, Deepika and Ranveer will be seen together in Kabir Khan's '83.
