Kareena Kapoor Khan, after Good Newwz in December 2019, features in Irrfan's recently released Angrezi Medium. The actress who has a brief yet impactful role in the film, has been winning hearts. While fans, audience and critics are taking notice of her acting craft and good looks, her husband Saif Ali Khan has a different take. The actor, in an interview with a leading daily, told that he found Kareena to be amazing as always. He further joked that he liked the way she slapped and hoped he is never at the receiving end.
"She is amazing, as always. I like the way she slaps on-screen. I hope I’m not at the receiving end, ever," Saif told.
Angrezi Medium which is a sequel to the 2017 hit film Hindi Medium is directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Dinesh Vijan. It tells the tale of a father who will take limitless measures to make sure his daughter's dreams are fulfilled. Irrfan plays the role of Champak while Kareena is a cop named Naina. Radhika Madan is Irrfan's daughter Tarika Bansal. Angrezi Medium also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Dimple Kapadia, Deepak Dobriyal, Ranvir Shorey and Kiku Sharda. The film released on March 13, 2020.
