Filmmaker Rohit Shetty, on Tuesday, hosted a starry trailer launch of his next cop film Sooryavanshi. The star-cast of the film - Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Katrina Kaif - was present at the launch event along with producers Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta. However, Ranveer, who was seen in Simmba, made a late entry at the launch event. As expected, Akshay pulled his leg and also made him do sit-up outside.
To which, Ranveer said that the reason he was late to the launch event was because his wife Deepika Padukone lived in town and that it was a long commute to the suburbs. Now Deepika, who is known to pull Ranveer's leg often, commented on a video shared by a photographer on Instagram, “Biwi town mein rehti hai, par time pe pohunch jaati hai (The wife stays in town but always reaches on time).”
Isn't that hilarious?

Sooryavanshi is all set to release on March 24, 2020.
