Calling Kareena Kapoor Khan and himself 'old souls', Saif Ali Khan reveals the reason behind travelling to Switzerland often

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are indeed the most loved and adored couple of the nation. Spilling royalty with each appearance, the Pataudi husband-wife pair never fails to steal the limelight. Be it picturesque vacations or casual outings in the city or airport, Saif-Kareena leave behind a permanent mark. Now, as the couple, who is better addressed as Saifeena, will complete eight years of togetherness in October this year, have set the benchmark high and talking about their relationship, Saif, in an interview, said that he is lucky to find a partner like Kareena. He further added that the Good Newwz actress values the time spent together along with encouraging friendships and relationships. Apart from this, the Jawaani Jaaneman actor revealed the reason for his frequent visit to Gstaad in Switzerland with Kareena and their son Taimur Ali Khan. Calling Kareena and himself 'old souls', Saif told they love relaxing in the winter wonderland.

“I am very lucky to have her in my life because she also encourages friendships and relationships away from this business. Whether it is cooking, hanging out with friends at home, renting a cottage in whichever country or doing simple things together — it is about valuing the quality time we spend together. We have our similarities and differences, but this is one huge thing we have in common. We work here, we love and respect it, but it is not an obsession," Saif told.

Saif and Kareena fell in love with each other during the shoot of Tashan in 2008. After dating each other for nearly five years, they tied the knot on October 16, 2012. Workwise, Saif is gearing for the release of Jawaani Jaaneman while Kareena is shooting with Aamir Khan for Laal Singh Chaddha. She will soon start working on Karan Johar's Takht.
