Kolar Gold Fields aka K.G.F Chapter 1 frontlined by Kannada superstar Yash released in December 2018, went on to become a blockbuster hit not just down South but across all film markets in India. the action drama minted a great amount at the box office and also won the hearts of the audience and critics alike. With Chapter 1 becoming a favourite at the theatres, the makers decided to please fans by announcing the second part of K.G.F franchise a while ago and now, the day of the big announcement is here. The makers of this Yash film, on Friday, unveiled the first poster that showcases a glimpse of a new character named Adheera. But just a glimpse. Well, if the buzz is to be considered, Sanjay Dutt is supposed to be that character. Coincidentally, the makers will be drawing the curtains from the character on the actor's birthday that is July 29.
"Unveiling #Adheera from #KGFChapter2 on July 29th at 10 AM. Stay tuned," the makers wrote on their Instagram page while making the announcement. In the poster, we can see a hand with a lion face ring. Take a look at it here:
As per reports, Raveena Tandon and Sanjay will join forces with Yash for K.G. F Chapter 2. While the first chapter was about Rocky, a young man who seeks to acquire power and wealth in order to fulfill a promise made to his dying mother, the story of the second part is still under the wraps. K.G.F Chapter 1 marked Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment's first Kannada venture and now the production house is yet again associated with the mega ambitious K.G.F Chapter 2.
