It's celebration time for the Reddys and Vardes as Sameera Reddy gave birth to her second child- a baby girl on Friday morning. As per a report on an entertainment portal, Sameera was admitted to Beams Multi-speciality hospital, Khar last night and delivered the baby couple of minutes ago. Sameera and Akshai are parents to three-year-old son Hans. Talking to the portal, Sameera's mother broke out the news and informed both mother and daughter are doing fine.
Sameer broke out the news of the arrival of her angel with an adorable Instagram post. The post features Sameera holding onto her baby girl's little fingers and cockled the warmest corner of our hearts. Take a look at the picture here:
Sameera, during her pregnancy, promoted body positivity a series of pictures of herself showing off her baby bump in a bikini. "I wanted to celebrate the beauty of the bump in my 9th month. At a time when we feel the most vulnerable, tired, scared, excited and at our biggest and most beautiful!" she wrote. "I look forward to sharing it with you guys and I know the positivity will resonate because we all are at different phases of our lives with unique sizes and we need to love and accept ourselves at every level," Sameera added.
The actress, earlier this year spoke about her sudden weight gain while pregnant with Hans. She said that she weighed 102 kgs after her delivery and it took a long time for her to get back in shape. Sameera has also said that her first pregnancy left her feeling torn between reality and pressure to portray an 'unreal life' as a celebrity.
Sameera, whose last big-screen outing was in 2012 with the film Tezz, married businessman Akshai in 2014. She delivered Hans in 2015. She has featured in films such as Race, Taxi No 9211, Maine Dil Tujhko Diya and De Dana Dan among others.
