Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli terms Taapsee Pannu a 'sasti copy'; Anurag Kashyap calls it 'really really desperate'

The makers of Judgementall Hai Kya, starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, recently dropped the much-awaited trailer of the film and it impressed the audience and the critics alike. Nonetheless, several Bollywood personalitites praised the trailer on social media. However, Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel has taken it on herself to respond to the tweets of Bollywood stars, who have tweeted about the trailer. So when Taapsee Pannu commented on Judgementall Hai Kya trailer, Rangoli gave her an unexpectedly harsh reply.

Praising the trailer, Taapsee wrote, "This is so cool!!!! Always had high expectations out of this one n this looks so worth it ! #JudgementallHaiKya".

Much to everyone's surprise, Rangoli called Taapsee a 'sasti' copy of Kangana and tweeted, "Kuch log Kangana ko copy kar ke he apni dukaan chalate hain, magar pls note, they never acknowledge her not even a mention of her name in praising the trailer, last I heard Taapsee ji said Kangana needs a double filter and Tapsee ji you need to stop being a sasti copy"

Rangoli's action clealry did not go down well with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who has worked with both Taapsee and Kangana. Lashing out at Rangoli, Anurag termed her act as 'really really desperate' and tweeted, "Come on Rangoli.. this is going too far.. this is really really desperate.. I really don’t know what to say to this . Having worked with both your sister and Taapsee .. I just don’t get this ..praising the trailer means praising all aspect of it. Which includes Kangana"

Well, not just with Taapsee, Rangoli earlier engaged in banter with Varun Dhawan, who praised the trailer by writing, "Amazing lead and supporting cast backed by some great." Soon after, Rangoli called him out for not mentioning Kangana, to which Varun replied, "lead cast ka wohi matlab tha maam."

Helmed by Prakash Kovelamudi, Judgementall Hai Kya is slated to release on July 26, 2019.
