Vicky Kaushal has been busy shooting for Shoojit Sircar upcoming biopic on freedom fighter Udham Singh and now we hear, the actor is all set to feature in a romantic single about love and heartbreak. As per a report in a leading daily, Vicky will be leaving for Shimla early next week for the shoot of the song, produced by Bhushan Kumar sung by B Praak of Teri Mitti and Ali Ali fame. What's more? Vicky is hoping to get some time off to take in the sights at the hill station after wrapping the shoot in a three-day schedule.
The daily quoted a source close to the development as saying, "The song is all about love and heartbreak and will see Vicky in different avatars, from a lover boy to a man yearning for his ladylove. He loved the song and the idea that it will have him showcase different shades of his personality." For now, the actress to feature alongside Vicky in the song has not been finalised.
Well, we are certainly looking forward to this one!
On the work front, Vicky will resume shooting for the Udham Singh biopic next month. He will also start filming Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial, the multi-starrer Takht, in December with co-actors Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor. Interestingly, he will play the lead in horror film Bhoot Part One as well, which is directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh. The first look of the film was released yesterday and co-stars Bhumi Pednekar.
