Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is all set to relocate to his original Pali Hill home from his Carter Road apartments. As per a report in a leading daily, Aamir, who was living in the top storeys of Freeda One at Carter Road over the past six years, wanted to buy them make it in a bungalow. However, it could not happen because some members "objected to the proposal and did not want to be bought out."

Hence, the 53-year old decided to renovate in his Pali Hill apartment and it is now complete. "His lease at Freeda One is expiring soon, and he has decided to not renew it. The idea of relocating to Marina Apartments had been on his mind for quite some time. That's why he had ordered that the place be spruced up. With the renovation now complete, his old home is ready to welcome him back," a daily quoted a source as saying. Reportedly, Aamir's wife Kiran Rao had been overseeing the refurbishment and has ensured their pad is designed with the central theme of nature.
