 Malang: Aditya Roy Kapur learns kite surfing to shoot underwater stunts

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen in an action avatar in his upcoming film Malang and he is pushing boundaries to look convincing on the screen. The handsome hunk has learned kite-surfing for an important sequence in the film. The shooting took place during the Mauritius schedule last week. Not only this, but a trainer from Mumbai was also called by the makers in order to ensure a smooth shoot.

If reports are to be believed, the actor has been prepping for a month. He is following a strict diet and to see that Aditya is in the right shape; his personal trainer has flown with him to Mauritius. A source told a leading daily, “Aditya trained for a month before shooting the final sequence. In the film, Aditya plays a Goan resident whose life changes after an incident. He will be seen sporting two looks and for the second one, he will gain around 10-11 kilos.

Directed by Mohit Suri, Malang also features Disha Patani, Anil Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu and Akshay Oberoi in crucial roles. On a related note, Aditya will also be seen in Sadak 2 with Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt. Disha, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of Salman Khan starrer Bharat.
