Mumbai Police uses Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Kabir Singh’ meme to impart an important safety rule

Shahid Kapoor is on cloud nine after the trailer of his upcoming film Kabir Singh has been well-appreciated by the audience. The film which is a remake of the Telugu hit Arjun Reddy has already piqued the audience’s interest and everyone is applauding Shahid’s intense act. However, the trailer has also brought some joy to the netizens as one dialogue from the trailer has become fodder for countless memes on the internet.

The dialogue and the scene from the trailer became countless memes as people began relating it to real-life scenarios. However, one of the most hilarious ones come from the official Twitter handle of Mumbai Police who used it to impart a valuable road safety lesson. The Mumbai Police shared the meme with its Twitter fans to talk about drunk driving.

Kabir Singh is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga who had also directed the original Telugu film starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. The film also stars Kiara Advani and is slated to release on June 21.
