Student Of The Year 2 is the sequel to 2012 hit film Student Of The Year which featured then debutantes Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan. SOTY 2 marks the Bollywood debut of newbies Ananya and Tara Sutaria. The film is being produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta and is set to release on May 10, 2019.
