Ananya Panday, while on a promotional spree for her upcoming film which also marks her debut in Bollywood titled Student Of The Year 2, confessed that it is normal to have a crush on someone. Ananya, in an interview with a leading daily, said that she is open about her feelings and finds Kartik Aaryan cute and feels lucky to get a chance to work with him in the remake of Pati, Patni Aur Woh.
"I’m 20 and it’s normal to have a crush on someone. I’m open about my feelings. Yes, I find Kartik cute and I’m lucky I’ve got a chance to work with him," the young starlet told the leading daily.
Grapevine surrounding Kartik's and Ananya's blossoming love started doing the rounds when the actors stepped out for dinners and engaged in mischievous social media chit chats. However Kartik brushed off the rumours of them dating and said, "People say all sorts of things if we have lunch or dinner together. It was just one dinner. I find it strange to read such things about myself."
Speaking about their professional innings, Kartik began the year with the super hit film Luka Chuppi and will now be seen opposite Sara Ali Khan in Imitiaz Ali-directed Aaj Kal which is a sequel to Love Aaj Kal. Post that, Kartik and Ananya will be seen paired opposite each other in Pati, Patni Aur Woh co-starring Bhumi Pednekar.
Ananya, on the other hand, is currently gearing up for her first release scheduled to greet the audience on May 10.
