Radhika Madan made her debut with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Patakhaa and went on to star in Vasan Bala’s Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. The actress, who turns 24 today, is currently shooting for her next, Homi Adajania's Angrezi Medium in Udaipur. The film stars Irrfan and Kareena Kapoor Khan and as expected, Radhika is unable to cannot contain her excitement to be working with the two leading stars of Bollywood.
Calling the Angrezi Medium team her "Dream Team", Radhika told a leading daily, "Irrfan sir, Kareena (Kapoor Khan) and Homi... It hasn’t sunk in yet, but I want it to be that way, otherwise I won’t be able to perform. Every actor has Irrfan on their wish-list of co-stars and my dream is coming true so early in my career. He is the God of acting. There’s so much to learn by observing him. I haven’t met Kareena yet, but I may faint when I do." She further informed that the Udaipur schedule of the film wraps up today and the team will next shoot in Mumbai for three days and head to London in June.

When asked about her birthday plans since she did not get enough time because of her shoot, she quipped, "But my family and friends have come down from Delhi and we will celebrate on the set with the cast and crew. I’m completing the last of my portions in this schedule, so after this, I’ll take some time off to explore the place." Interestingly, last year, Radhika was last year shooting for Pataakha in the city at the same time. Talking about it, she added, "I had prayed that every year I get to celebrate my birthday on a different set, but now I think there’s some special connection with Udaipur. This time, it was tough for me to play a different character as for me, the place was associated with Badki (her character in Patakhaa)."
For the unversed, Radhika will be seen as Irrfan's daughter in the sequel of the 2017 film Hindi Medium. Angrezi Medium is scheduled to release in 2020.
