That’s cool, man: Saif Ali Khan reportedly told Ajay Devgn about De De Pyaar De dialogue referencing age difference with Kareena Kapoor

Saif Ali Khan is happy about the fact that Ajay Devgn has used his reference in his upcoming film De De Pyaar De, a leading daily reports. De De Pyaar De is based on Ajay’s Ashish’s relationship with a young woman, played by Rakul Preet Singh – she is 50 and he is 26.

In the trailer of the film, Ajay while speaking to his friend about his age difference with his girlfriend, says, “Old man, young woman relationships are really successful. Classic examples being that of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, George Clooney and Amal Clooney and closer home, Saif (Ali Khan) and Kareena (Kapoor Khan).”

Ajay, after launching the trailer of De De Pyaar De on his birthday April 2, called Saif and told him about the dialogue. Sources, thereafter, told the daily that Saif had a great response to it and apparently said, “Hey, that’s cool, man.” Moreover, Saif also told Ajay that he is glad that the 50-year old actor is “tackling such ‘cool’ roles.”
