After months of waiting, the makers of Kesari released the trailer of the film yesterday featuring Akshay Kumar as the leader of the army of 21 soldiers' who fought against 10,000 Afghan invaders. Just like us, celebrities too couldn't stop praising the on-screen portrayal of the battle and said they couldn't have been more proud. Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Badshah and Ayushmaan Khurana shared the trailer on their social media account and lent their support to the team by admiring it.
The film starring Akshay and Parineeti is based on the famous Battle of Saragarhi (1897).

As we are still going gaga, the trailer has already crossed 20 Million views on YouTube and Facebook. Kesari is directed by Anurag Singh and will release on March 21 that is on Holi. The film is produced by Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films and Azure Entertainment.
