Priyanka Chopra is a woman par excellence. She has achieved global fandom and status with her ABC series Quantico. The former Miss World is also on a personal high after marrying American singer-actor Nick Jonas last year in December. Priyanka is also a favourite with chat show hosts and made her recent appearance once again on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. It was her first appearance after her marriage and the actress spoke at length about her newly-wed status and revealed quite a lot about her whirlwind romance with husband Nick.
During her appearance on the show, Priyanka received a special gift from Ellen who is equally fond of the actress and her husband. Ellen, in fact, even revealed that she had let Nick stay in her house. She said, “Nick lived in my condo, I was his landlord.” Giving the wedding gift to Priyanka, Ellen said, “I got you a wedding gift and I think you'll are gonna love it. I don't know which home you're gonna hang it in because I know you have a couple of places." Ellen gifted the newlyweds a collage from their appearances on the show. Priyanka is now well-known for her prowess of downing tequila shots and her fans are used to seeing her do it on the show. It first began on the red carpet of an awards show. Ellen followed it up by getting Priyanka to down tequila shots on her first appearance on the show and even this time around had them ready and the show started on the high note.
