There is no second opinion on the fact that Ranveer Singh is a powerhouse performer. Ever since he made his debut in Band Baaja Baraat he has been going from strength-to-strength. Now, after lighting up the box office with his last release Simmba, Ranveer is back with Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy. Ever since the trailer has been released, the film and the lead actors Ranveer and Alia Bhatt have been reaping accolades for their performance. The film is inspired by the lives of Indian rappers Divine and Naezy. After the makers released the first song Asli Hip Hop, fans were quick to shower love and praise on Ranveer.

And now, once again the actor has wowed everyone with his rap in the latest song of Gully Boy titled Apna Time Aayega which is also the tagline of the film. The song has been written by Divine but it is Ranveer who takes your breath away because he raps like he was born to do it and is second only to Eminem. The lyrics of the song describe a person’s struggle in life presuming to be of Ranveer’s character from the film.
