It was disheartening when A Flying Jatt, Munna Michael didn’t work, says Tiger Shroff

2018 has been an ecstatic year for Tiger Shroff as his film Baaghi 2 performed exceptionally well at the box office. The actor, in fact, was delighted with the success of Baaghi 2 considering the fact that it released after two of his previous films - A Flying Jatt and Munna Michael - didn't fare well.

While speaking to a leading daily about the period during which A Flying Jatt and Munna Michael didn't work, Tiger said that he was "really upset" about it since he had worked hard for both the projects but their failure made him feel dejected.

"I was really upset. The work I had put into my films and craft required a lot of physical and mental labour. It took a toll on the body, so, it was disheartening when the films didn’t work. I felt dejected and thought about it every night before I slept," Tiger told the daily.

The 28-year-old actor, nevertheless, turned his failure into success as he continued working hard owing to which Baaghi 2 ended up as a stupendous success.

"However, I turned them into my strengths and if I ever failed to give a certain shot, I’d always think about those times. That sort of drove me beyond my limits. I’m grateful to have learnt this early on. I’ve tasted success at the beginning of my career and seen the other side as well. I wouldn’t call the movies failures because they have made me stronger and this is one of the reasons why Baaghi 2 was successful," Tiger added.

Tiger's upcoming releases include Student Of The Year 2, Siddharth Anand's yet-untitled film with Hrithik Roshan and Baaghi 3.
