Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to tie the knot and have been having the time of their lived celebrating their bridal shower, bachelorette and the bachelors before the nuptials. Priyanka’s pics from her bridal shower and bachelorette broke the internet, but if you think it was just coincidence that she chose the jewellery store for her bridal shower and Nick shot down the London store to purchase a Rs 2.1 crore engagement ring for her then you’re highly mistaken. The couple’s upcoming wedding is a slew of brand deals and they are minting money from endorsement deals left, right and centre.
An international entertainment website has unearthed the several deals Priyanka and Nick have struck ahead of their wedding. Priyanka’s friends threw her a bridal shower at Tiffany’s Blue Box cafe in October which was attended by her mother Madhu Chopra, mother-in-law-to-be Denise Jonas, Hollywood actresses Kelly Ripa and Lupita Nyong’o. Neetu Kapoor and Sonali Bendre were also there.
On the other hand, Nick celebrated his sailor-themed bachelor party by posing with a bottle of Elit vodka. In his Instagram post, he did write the words, “paid partnership”, a deal which is estimated to be valued at $150,000 (Rs 1,06,70,250). He also had a deal with LimeBike scooters and gifted them to his groomsmen.
Priyanka also collaborated with Amazon to make a special wedding registry guide which cost $14,000, but for which Amazon pledged to donate $100,000 (Rs 71,13,500) to UNICEF.
As per the entertainment portal’s report Priyanka and Nick will wear Ralph Lauren at their Christian wedding ceremony on December 3. The couple will get married first on December 2 according to Hindu traditions. The couple apparently first met at the 2017 Met Gala while representing Ralph Lauren and hit it off famously. Their wedding festivities will start in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace in a five-day affair which will start from November 28.
