Deepika Padukone’s and Ranveer Singh’s wedding is the biggest talk-of-the-town. From the industry folks to their numerous fans everyone is excited about their nuptials and wants to know more deets about their big day. Now, the big day is tomorrow and day after when they will be joined in holy matrimony in two separate wedding ceremonies- a Konkani style wedding on November 14 and a Sindhi style on November 15.
However, the pre-wedding festivities like engagement, Mehendi and sangeet have already taken place at Lake Como in Italy amongst their close family and friends. Today, the couple celebrated their Mehendi ceremony and while Deepika was busy getting henna applied on her palm, Ranveer danced his heart out on old songs that were played. While Deepika opted for designer Mehendi, Ranveer too got a little design on his hand that read #DeepVeer!

Now isn’t that really cute? For the unversed, #DeepVeer is the name given to the couple by their fans on social media. Harshdeep Kaur, Shubha Mudgal, Sanjoy Das, Bobby Pathak and Firoz Khan performed at their sangeet today. During a thumri performed by Shubha, Deepika got emotional and broke down, Ranveer who saw her lady love in tears went over and gave her a tight hug and consoled her. In fact, Ranveer even sang a song for Deepika during the sangeet ceremony.
