Sushant has been so helpful and taught me Hindi as well as acting: Sara Ali Khan

Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan unveiled the trailer of their upcoming film Kedarnath today. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala the film has already gained a lot of traction through its teaser and its song Namo Namo that shows Sushant working at the pilgrimage site as a pithoo. During the trailer launch, Sara, Abhishek and his wife and co-producer Pragya Kapoor spoke very highly of Sushant and his hard work in making the film which not only taxed his acting abilities but his physical strength as well.

Sara who is making her debut with the film showered praise on her co-star and said, “I don’t know how I’ve done in the film but whatever I’ve done I wouldn’t have been able to do anything without Sushant, he has been so helpful and he taught me Hindi and of course acting too.”

Abhishek who launched Sushant in Kai Po Che! is working once again with Sushant and he had some really awesome words for his lead actor who plays a pithoo in the film. He said, “Sushant used to pick a 60kg person every day for 15days and used to practice. He got into his character completely. Sushant had done a lot of Television, look at this guys, he comes does his work, he’s great. But when they deliver you feel this new dimension.”

Pragya also had some high praise for Sushant. She also admitted that making Kedarnath was no piece of cake. She said, “It definitely was a tough movie to make and I’m grateful to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Sushant makes it look really easy but we had a lot of difficulties while shooting for it.”

Kedarnath releases on December 7 and has already generated quite a lot of interest amongst the audience.
