The trailer of Govinda’s new film Rangeela Raja released on Wednesday and will surely tickle your funny bones. Rangeela Raja casts Govinda in a double role and has been produced by Pahlaj Nihalani – they have also worked together in the films Ilzaam, Shola Aur Shabnam and Aankhen.
Set in Rajasthan, Rangeela Raja is filled with comical scenes and punch lines and trust Govinda to deliver his dialogues as humorously as ever. In several scenes, in fact, Govinda appears in his typical 90’s style and you might just end up taking a trip down the memory lane while watching certain scenes in the trailer. Also, the film presents the 54-year-old actor in several looks.

In Rangeela Raja, Govinda’s character is inspired by industrialist Vijay Mallya, as revealed by Nihalani during an interview with a news agency in May.
“I have made a movie inspired by the life of Vijay Mallya, and Govinda is in the main lead, audiences will be surprised to see his new avatar. The movie will be completely entertaining,” Nihalani had said.
Rangeela Raja also stars Mishika Chourasia, Anupama Agnihotri and Digangana Suryavanshi. The film is scheduled to release on November 16.
