The wait is over, folks! The first motion poster of Thugs Of Hindostan released on Tuesday as it introduced the first character from the film - Amitabh Bachchan as Khudabaksh. Boy, Big B looks magnificent in the poster in a turban and an archaic outfit and did you notice that sword? Goodness, gracious. Trust Big B to pull off this appearance with effortless ease.
The 75-year-old actor has been cast as a battle-hardened warrior in Thugs Of Hindostan. His character in the motion poster is set in the backdrop of a massive ship as Khudabaksh, its commander, prepares for war.
Presenting Big B as Khudabaksh:
Thugs Of Hindostan is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug and casts Aamir Khan as the protagonist. The film is a fantasy action-adventure and co-stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
According to several media reports, Thugs Of Hindostan is one of the most expensive films to have been made in Bollywood. The cast and crew shot for the film at exotic locations, including Malta, in order to bring alive the amalgamation of fantasy and reality onscreen.
Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Thugs Of Hindostan is scheduled to release on November 8.
