Sonam Kapoor reveals that hubby Anand Ahuja initially wanted to set her up with his friend

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja got married this year in May in a low key ceremony at her aunt’s bungalow which was preceded and followed by lavish pre-wedding festivities and an opulent reception. All the bigwigs from the Bollywood fraternity descended at the reception to give their blessings and wishes to the couple. However, on Feet Up With The Stars with Anaita Adajania Shroff, Sonam revealed that Anand actually wanted to set her up with his friend.

Talking about it Sonam confessed that Anand and she connected so well that they ended up talking to each other through the whole time. Anaita also tried to get some saucy details about the couple’s sex life. She questioned Sonam about role plays to which the actress said that Anand is not imaginative in bed.

During the show, Sonam also revealed how Anand proposed to her. She said that it was in New York when she was having a bad day and was complaining about things when Anand got off his bicycle while she was walking alongside and just popped the question about marriage. Sonam revealed that he proposed to her without a ring and without any frills. Going by these revelations one can safely say that Sonam and Anand’s love story is no less than a fairytale.
