Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan is a special film for him as well as for lead actors Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal. The film is all ready to release on this Friday and has already been screened in Mumbai for a few celebrities. Manmarziyaan has been garnering immense appreciation from Bollywood celebs. Right from Kalki Koechlin to Amitabh Bachchan the filmmaker and the actors have been receiving appreciations.
Karan Johar also gave his thumbs up to the film, to writer Kanika Dhillon and went on to give an outstanding review of it on Twitter. However, what took the cake was Taapsee’s reaction to it. After watching Manmarziyaan Karan went ahead and tweeted about the film.

However, when Karan appreciated Taapsee’s performance he goofed up a little. He wrote, “@tapseepannu holds the strings of her layered character like an absolute veteran! Bravo!!!” but tagged the wrong handle. Taapsee on the other hand, couldn’t resist pointing out that he had no tagged her correct account in the tweet and posted a reply. Her reply made the filmmaker realize his mistake and issue an apology.

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had showered his appreciation towards Taapsee and Vicky’s portrayal in the film by sending them a handwritten note and a bouquet of flowers which made the two young actors ecstatic and euphoric. Manmarziyaan premiered at Toronto International Film Festival under its alternate title Husband Material.
