But I want to work with Hrithik: Disha Patani

Somebody is playing mischief, it seems. And spreading nasty stories about Hrithik Roshan and Disha Patani. The Baaghi 2 actress, who is now working with Salman Khan on Bharat, is believed to have walked out of the film YRF is making with Hrithik and Tiger Shroff because Hrithik tried to flirt with her.

However, according to sources, YRF never offered this film to Disha in the first place. And if they had, the actress who is keen to make a big mark in the industry would certainly have grabbed the opportunity to work with the big production house. Moreover, the film would also give her another film with Tiger whom she is dating for a long time now.

Hrithik sarcastically took to social media to tongue lash the media houses that played up the rumour of his alleged flirtatious behavior being the reason behind Disha’s exit from the YRF film. While Disha herself rubbished the reports and defended Hrithik by saying the superstar was a “dignified” person.

Said Disha, “There is some childish and irresponsible gossip about Hrithik Sir and me doing the rounds. I would like to say that it’s completely untrue and in the minimum interaction that I have had with him, he has been one of the most dignified and joyful people.”

Disha said that it was her regard for Hrithik as a person that made her respond to something this trivial. “There is no truth in me walking out of any project with him,” Disha said, adding that she has high regard for Hrithik and he features amongst the top names on her wish list to work with.

Meanwhile, Disha is busy shooting Bharat with Salman for Ali Abbas Zafar. She plays the role of a trapeze artist. It was the actress’ “athletic physicality and vulnerable beauty” that made Disha fit the bill for the role, said the director.
