Kajol's upcoming film, Helicopter Eela, is all set for its release on September 7. The movie features the actress along with Bengali actor Toto Roy Chowdhary and National Award Winning actor, Riddhi Sen. The film is about a single mother's struggle in bringing up her young son.
So, now what if we tell you that there's somebody else also on board apart the three names mentioned above? Somebody who is a terrific actor and a legend in himself and has worked with Kajol in many hit films.
Well, PeepingMoon has exclusively learnt that Amitabh Bachchan is also a part of Helicopter Eela. Our sources have told us that the actor is playing himself in the film and will be featured in a cameo.
Mr Bachchan has always been in the favour of good stories. Whenever approached, he never turned down a request to make a special appearance in a film he has liked. He was also seen doing a cameo in Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Ki & Ka. In fact, in that R Balki's directorial, he was seen with wife Jaya Bachchan, again playing himself. Even a few scenes featuring the two were shot at Bachchan's residence, Jalsa, in Mumbai.
More details about his character are awaited. Though the news of his presence in the film has surely added to the excitement around Helicopter Eela. The film is directed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Ajay Devgn and Jayantilal Gada (Pen India Ltd).
