Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay a.k.a Mimoh Chakraborty tied the knot with actress Madalsa Sharma earlier today in Ooty amidst the on-going rape controversy involving Mimoh and Bollywood/Bhojpuri actress who chose to remain unidentified. Check out their first wedding picture here:
An FIR was registered against Mahaakshay and Yogeeta accusing them of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent. Mahaakshay and Yogeeta had approached the Bombay High Court for interim bail in the matter. However, the court rejected their plea as the matter is under Delhi’s Rohini Court and cannot be heard in Bombay High Court. The actress had alleged that Mahaakshay spiked her drink and took advantage of her in her inebriated state. She had further alleged that Mahaakshay raped her continuously on the false pretext of marriage for four years. Apparently, his mother also threatened her of dire consequences over a phone call recently.

Mahaakshay’s marriage in Udhagamandalam (Ooty) in Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu was previously cancelled following the arrival of a police team to investigate the case. After the arrival of the investigating team, the marriage was cancelled and the bride’s family left the place, police said.
Mahaakshay made his silver screen debut with Jimmy in 2008. However, the film sank at the box office and he could not make much of a mark. He has featured in a handful of films; none of them which did well at the box office. Haunted-3D, Loot, Ishqedarriyaan are some of the other films that he has been a part of.
