Anushka Sharma who has been busy shooting her upcoming film Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, wished the film’s director Aanand L Rai on his birthday a couple of days back by sharing a photo of the two from the sets of the film. She wrote, “To lots of conversations and laughter (sic).” However, what caught our attention was the short crop that the actress is sporting in the film.
Anushka’s look from the film Zero has been kept under wraps till now. No photos or images of the actress from the sets were released and her role was also kept secret. Although we know that Shah Rukh is playing a vertically challenged character as can be seen from the teasers, there has been no news of Anushka’s character. However, now the picture gives some hint of her character and netizens feel that this must be her look in the film. It is reported that she is playing a scientist in the film.

The shoot of film Zero is now complete. The film reunited the three stars that first came together in Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Anushka took to Twitter to thank the cast and crew for being a support system that enabled in making the project successfully. She posted a picture of herself with Shah Rukh and Aanand and wrote, “Zero is all heart. Zero is these two wonderful people and everything they have endeavoured to create." Zero is me going on this journey with them. What a pleasure it has been. Big hug @aanandlrai & @iamsrk for your belief & to #KatrinaKaif for being the amaze one that she is! #ZeroWrap.” She did not share any image of Katrina but she did mention her in the tweet.

In the image, she sports short hair as well which has made netizens believe that this is her look from the film Zero. The last teaser released of the film was attached to Salman Khan's Race 3 that featured Salman along with Shah Rukh. The teaser became viral on social media and trended on the top position on YouTube.
