Arjun Kapoor’s birthday this year was one fun-filled occasion. The Mubarakan actor received tons of birthday wishes from his fans and co-stars. However, there were some wishes that stood out. His sister Anshula Kapoor, step-sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor and cousin sisters Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor wished the actor with endearing messages. Uncle Anil Kapoor shared birthday wishes for his favourite bhatija, and so did his grandmother Nirmal Kapoor who made a request albeit threateningly to Arjun to get married pronto.

However, Arjun’s fans had some other agenda on their mind. The hashtag #Arjunneeti was trending with fans wishing to see Arjun and Parineeti Chopra as a couple. The two actors who have shared screen space in Ishaqzaade are shooting for Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s sequel Namastey England and will also be seen in Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar. Arjun and Parineeti share a close bond of friendship and probably that prompted Parineeti to share a really cute birthday wish for the actor and this made him mention her recent Goa trip where she met her cousin Priyanka Chopra and her rumoured boyfriend, American singer Nick Jonas. Apparently, details about Parineeti's Goa trip will cost Arjun Rs 5 crores.

He was alluding to the fact that Parineeti made a quick trip to Goa to meet Priyanka and Nick for a day.
