Uh-oh! Salman Khan might not do Remo D'Souza's dance film

Just recently, while discussing his forthcoming projects, Salman Khan had also mentioned his upcoming dance film with Remo D’Souza. However, then his multi-starrer Race 3 with Remo released and changed things considerably…

Race 3 will not go down as one of Salman Khan’s best. In fact, it has been panned not just
by critics but even the megastar’s loyal fans. They lined up to watch the film anyway but
have returned disappointed. The message on the wall is clear: do not take your fans’
adoration and support for granted.

Salman has evidently woken up to the flaws of his recent release. And he has apparently lost faith in its director. Even though the film has collected an estimated Rs 140 crore in its first week of release, it is clear that it has succeeded only because of its leading man’s colossal popularity. That said, it is reportedly one of his lowest collections when compared to previous films.

Remo D’Souza has been panned for his multi-crore extravaganza which lacked a decent
storyline and relied on high-octane action scenes, shirtlessness, and some lame twists and
turns to try and hold audience attention.

So far, once-choreographer Remo has proved his mettle making dance films like ABCD and ABCD 2, which had done good business at the box office. However, when he attempted doing something out of his comfort zone like A Flying Jatt, the results were far from satisfactory.

This undeniable truth has apparently provoked a change in plan for Salman Khan. The superstar was poised to start shooting his dance flick with Remo once he completed Dabangg 3 and Bharat, which he will be shooting simultaneously. However, now word has got around that the film has been given the red-light by its leading man, who is in no mood to risk another belly-up.

Brand Salman Khan cannot and will not bear the brunt of others’ inefficiency!
