Karan Johar to launch Hindi version of ‘Zingat’ at 'Dhadak' Trailer Launch today

The popular Marathi song 'Zingat' from Nagraj Manjule's 2017 hit Sairat created a rage among the audiences and became synonymous with every celebration. The song has been now rehashed for the official adaptation of the film - Dhadak which stars Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter. The song has been rehashed by Ajay - Atul who created the original track. Karan Johar will unveil the reimagined version of the track today at the film's trailer launch, which is choreographed by Farah Khan.

A source says, "The track is both offbeat and commercial at the same time. When Karan saw the video, he instantly knew he wanted to show it at the trailer launch because it recapitulates the flavour of the movie. Janhvi and Ishaan look smashing in it. They have danced well, too."

While the press will be the first to witness the song, it will be made available for the audiences in a couple of days.

Dhadak is said to be an adaptation and we’re all set to see a new take on the film. And so, no guesses can or should be made about its narrative or climax. That would just hinder the flavour of the film. And after such a long wait, we only want it to be a sweet surprise. Right?

After much anticipation and wait, filmmaker Karan Johar is finally out with Dhadak trailer starring late Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's half-brother Ishaan Khattar. The film is an adaptation of director Nagraj Manjule’s Marathi cult film Sairat which took the box office by storm in 2016, emerging out to be hugely successful. Shashank Khaitan who has previously directed the Dulhania series is helming this project.

Now, it is time to put on our dancing shoes for the Hindi version of Zinghat! We're expecting double the fun with both the song. What do you think?
