Vicky Kaushal to star in Bhanu Pratap Singh’s directorial venture being made under Karan Johar’s banner

Masaan actor Vicky Kaushal is all set to reunite with Karan Johar. The actor who was last seen on the big screen opposite Alia Bhatt in the spy-thriller Raazi will once again work with Karan’s Dharma Productions. Raazi which was directed by Meghna Gulzar is doing a great business on the box office as of now and has already crossed the Rs 100 crores mark. Now Vicky has signed Karan’s next production venture which will be the directorial debut of Bhanu Pratap Singh.

Vicky was highly appreciated in his debut film Masaan and even though Raazi is a female-centric film his performance has been appreciated by one and all. Karan definitely seems impressed as he has signed the actor once again for his production venture. Reportedly, a source revealed, “It’s a horror film, a genre Vicky has never attempted before. The film will also be the launchpad for Dhadak director Shashank Khaitan’s assistant Bhanu Pratap Singh who has worked with him on Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The film goes on floors later this year in Mumbai.” Apparently, this is not the first time Vicky and Bhanu will work together. They earlier worked in Mozez Singh’s Zubaan on which Bhanu was an assistant director.
