Many celebrities headed to the Ambani residence today to wish the newly engaged couple Anand Piramal and Isha Ambani. See here is Sachin Tendulkar, who waved to the paps collected there.
Nita Ambani looked elegant as usual as she welcomed the guests. Her to-be son-in-law Anand was right by her side and greeting the well-known faces of B-town.
Also seen is Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani, as they posed for a picture along with the proud parents of the bride.
Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's daughter Isha got engaged to Anand Piramal, son of corporate magnates Ajay Piramal and Swati Piramal. Apparently, they will wed in December this year. Anand and Isha have been long-time friends and both the families have known each other for over four decades.
Anand reportedly proposed to Isha at a temple in Mahabaleshwar. He is the founder of Piramal Realty, one of India's leading real estate companies. Prior to Piramal Realty, Anand had launched Piramal Swasthya, a rural healthcare initiative that treats 40,000 patients a day. Anand holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School
