The leading ladies clad in nightwear are all seen having laughing and having fun on the bed. Below the poster in bold letters is written "#imnotaCHICKflick". We just cannot help but notice Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's poster on the bedroom wall, where the girls seem like getting ready for a night out. Let's see who is heavily inspired by Tulsi here!

A movie that celebrates sisterhood between 4 friends, in Sonam's words it is, "...the story of four girls who attend my wedding and all the 'dhamaal' that it involves. It showcases women and their emotions. It’s the right time to do this kind of film.” The film aims to portray wedding fun from a women’s perspective and so, promises to be fun and emotional – just like real weddings.

Rumour has it that Kareena turned down Anand L Rai’s next with Shah Rukh Khan as she had already locked the dates for Veere Di Wedding. Moreover, she wanted to lose her pregnancy weight before going ahead with the shoot. Previously, Bebo recommended Rhea cast someone ten years younger than her as she didn’t want her friend to lose out when she got pregnant. However, Rhea was adamant about working with Bebo and the shoot of the film was stalled to accommodate the latter’s delivery.

Directed by Shashank Ghosh and written by Mehul Suri and Nidhi Mehra,  the film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and Sumeet Vyas. Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor & Nikhil Dwivedi. Balaji Telefilms Ltd in association with Saffron Broadcast & Media Ltd. present and Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network production Veere DI Wedding.
