Priyanka Chopra, who is currently busy filming for the season finale of her American TV show Quantico in Ireland, was in India for only 16 hours. The long journey and short stay were for a UNICEF event in Delhi. The global star was the ambassador for the curtain raiser of PMNCH (Partnership for Maternal, Newborn & Child Health). Health Minister Mr. JP Nadda was also at the panel.

Priyanka has always known to be the one to fearlessly talk about issues. And being UNICEF's Goodwill Ambassador she certainly is focusing on changing the lives of women and girls around the world, starting in her homeland. Sharing her experiences through the constant visit to villages in the country she said, "When I go to a refugee camp or to a small villages and meet girls not being able to get opportunities, but despite that a lot of these girls do end up becoming community leaders because they have support from their communities.”
