A love-struck Ranveer cannot take his eyes off Deepika in these latest pictures

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone stole the limelight last evening at the Hello Hall Of Fame Awards 2018, as they took home the Entertainer of the Year (Male and Female) trophies, respectively. But it wasn't Deepika's stunning Falguni and Shane Peacock structured gown or Ranveer's colour pop Rohit Gandhi Rahul Khanna ensemble which bedazzled the onlookers. It was the scintillating backstage shoot which the lovebirds did together, unable to hide their PDA from the world!

A lovestruck Ranveer, bending on his knees, held Deepika by her waist. In another picture, the actor can be seen admiring his stunning GF, being in complete awe of her.

While the two didn't shay away from getting all cosy and comfortable with each other, a handful of people present backstage couldn't help but comment that the duo looks all prepped to take the plunge.

The news of the two getting hitched this summers is anyhow doing the rounds. It is being said that a beach wedding is on cards for Ranveer and his ladylove Deepika, who contrary to expectations, are opting for a low key celebration, just like Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, away from the prying eyes of media and fans alike.

Deepika and Ranveer recently reunited for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus, the much-controversial Padmaavat, which stands to be the biggest blockbuster of 2018 till now. Throughout the harrowing experience, when Deepika and the film faced staunch opposition, Ranveer stood by her side silently, yet fuming. "I was filled with rage. There's no doubt about that. I had a very strong urge to act out, to speak out, but I was given strict instructions not to," the actor admitted in an interview, about the death threats Deepika received while the film's promotions.

With the film's roaring box office success, rumours are rife that Bhansali is planning to bring the two together onscreen for the fourth time in a row. After Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat, the noted filmmaker has reportedly signed a three-film deal with Ranveer-Deepika.

And we are certainly not complaining.
