Katrina Kaif is impressed by the digital medium but is she putting her money where her mouth is? Not yet. Recently the Thugs of Hindostan actress chatted about the trend of web series that is growing in popularity. After the likes of Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Irrfan Khan and Vivek Oberoi who are all riding the digital wave, could she be next? After all, there’s yet to be an A-list B-wood actress to make her debut in a web-series…
“The (digital) platform has become an amazing medium for sure. Web series are being talked about. But then again, it’s all about getting a great concept,” pointed out the stunner. “When people ask me if I want to do a love story, a biopic, a comedy when it comes to films, I don’t really have an answer to that because at the end of the day, it’s the content that drives me. It doesn’t matter what zone it is.”
She summarises, “As of now, I’m concentrating on films. If someone comes to me with a great script for the digital forum, I’ll give it a thought. I’m not against the idea of doing it, but cinema would still be my priority.”
It may be recalled that last year, Kat had evinced a desire to be part of a series – but not just any old series. It was ‘Game of Thrones’, no less. She had sounded completely under the spell of GoT, one of the most engaging web series ever. She had tweeted saying, 'Can I be in #gameofthrones pleeeeeasseee... #ilovejonsnow #pleasetakemeintheshow #moodyandbroodingismything @luismonteirophotography @anaitashroffadajania @vogueindia'. Oh and she had also shared a bold picture with the post… just in case the makers needed convincing?!

The actress who is quite the rage on social media, recently had eyes popping with the video she shared from her latest shoot. It appears to be from an advertisement and though it’s really brief, it’s long enough to show off a gorgeous Kat giving her smouldering best for the camera.
