Sonam, Kareena, Swara and Shikha sum up wedding seasons in Veere di Wedding's new look

A panic struck Sonam Kapoor, a gorgeous looking Kareena Kapoor Khan, a mischevious Shikha Talsania and a dressed up Swara Bhasker is what wedding plannings are all about! And the new look of the film has got us yearning for more all the more! The new look of Veere Di Wedding, directed by Shashanka Ghosh and co-produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor, has absolutely grabbed eyeballs.

Sonam is seen panicking looking at her phone. A text went wrong, perhaps? Kareena is seen striking a killing pose! Just like every gorgeous bride, right? While Shikha seems to be hiding her mischievous self behind the stolen shoes of the dulha, Swara can be seen getting decked up for the wedding. If that isn’t summing every wedding season right there, we don’t know what will.

If seeing Sonam and Kareena share the screen wasn’t enough then adding Shikha and Swara to the mix has certainly upped the thrill several notches.

While Sonam has managed to not spill any secrets about the story, Bebo being Bebo had evidently let the cat out of the bag earlier this year. In the course of an interview, she had revealed that she is possessive about her friends and that Veere Di Wedding reflected that side of her. “It’s the story of four girls who attend my wedding and all the dhamaal that it involves. It showcases women and their emotions. It’s the right time to do this kind of film.” The film aims to portray wedding fun from a women’s perspective and so, promises to be fun and emotional – just like real weddings.

Mark your calendars for the most awaited wedding of 2018! Veere Di Wedding is all set to hit the screens on June 1, 2018. Looks like we’ll have to wait until then to see all drama that ensues.
