Golmaal Again trailer is out and the film is an out and out laughing riot. Wondering what grabbed eyeballs apart from the star-studded ensemble which happens to be a mad-caper ride? It's director Rohit Shetty whom we spotted in the film's trailer. Though a blink and miss appearance, Rohit managed to catch our attention.
Shetty's love for supercars and action is the highlight of his films. And this one seems no different. In one of the scenes in the trailer, we can see Arshard Wasi perched on the bonnet of a yellow car, and the driver is making the car go zip, zap, zoom - drifts in full mode. And voila, zoom up closer and you will see its Rohit who is behind the wheels, vrooming the car across the field.
When PeepingMoon.com asked Rohit about his cameo, he laughed out loud and shared, "See, I wanted to edit that bit out. It was shot by mistake. But at the editing table, we realized it's not possible as the entire frame would have suffered. So I was like, let it be!"
Now Rohit never shied away from trying his hand at executing any action sequence. His track record in his previous films and as Khatron Ke Khiladi host stands tall to these claims. So watching him, in the frame, executing a crucial scene (c'mon, else Arshard would have fallen off the snazzy car!) was fun.
Rohit, as known to his counterparts, is quite comfortable in front of the cameras. His hosting skills, as seen in KKK, are on point. That's not all, in the past, Shetty has also been a judge for Comedy Circus and reality show for youngsters, Big Switch.
Well, we are not complaining. When showman Subhash Ghai made special efforts to do a 2-minute cameo in each film he directed, a minor goof up won't hurt the viewers.
