It is Raj Kundra-Shilpa Shetty vs Sherlyn Chopra. The latter has been vocal about her relationship with Raj, a businessman, since the day he was arrested for his alleged involvement in a pornography case. Now, in the latest development, Sherlyn has filed another case against Raj and has accused him and his wife Shilpa of committing fraud against her and mental harassment.
On October 14, Sherlyn visited Juhu Police Station to file her case against Raj and Shilpa. The model had organised a press conference in Juhu and had promised to reveal details of accusations made against the couple. Now, it has surfaced that Sherlyn has filed an FIR against Raj for sexual harassment, cheating and criminal intimidation. In a statement, she said, "I've filed a complaint to register FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment, cheating & criminal intimidation."

Raj and Shilpa, on October 14, issued a statement and warned Sherlyn of a defamation case. In the statement, the couple mentioned, "The due process of law must be followed for the alleged statement that Miss Chopra wants to make. Calling for a press conference to do this reflects a strong intention to commit an offence of defamation. Anything spoken by Miss Chopra in the public domain shall be held against her in the court of Law. She shall be liable for civil and criminal proceedings before competent courts."
On July 19, the Mumbai Crime Branch arrested Raj for his alleged involvement in a pornography case. After spending 2 months in jail, the businessman was released on September 21.
