Arjun Rampal has been summoned again on Wednesday by the Narcotics Control Bureau. He has been asked to appear before the investigating agency tomorrow for a suspected connection in the ongoing Bollywood drug scandal. He was questioned earlier on November 13 as well.
Arjun’s girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades was also questioned in November for over six hours. The officials had summoned the couple after raiding Arjun’s house on November 10. The actor’s driver was also arrested and was questioned by the NCB authorities. Paul Bartel, a friend of Arjun’s has been arrested in the case and further investigation is underway.
Arjun and Gabriella were questioned a month after the latter’s brother Agisialos Demetriades was arrested in another drug case. The NCB had seized a small quantity of Hashish and Alprazolam tablets, both banned narcotic drugs, from him.
