Lakme Fashion Week Winter/ Festive 2019’s vibe still has us buzzing in glee! Still reeling from the sartorial overdose of the most fashionable week, we cannot get over how magical the last five days have been.

While reminiscing the highs and lows at the runway, we compiled a list of all the promising labels we saw at the ramp. Showcasing out-of-the-box talents, here are some names you should watch out for:

Satins and silks, sequin and shimmer, fringes and tassels, edginess and chicness,…talk about a complete package! Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan has been creating a lot of buzz and rightly so, it deserves all the recognition and more!

RARA AVIS BY SONAL VERMA

Seeking inspiration from retro hues and style, Sonal Verma is here to with her chic long-line coats and parkas. From hues and textures to silhouettes and the colour palette, Rara Avis is here to give your Autumn/Winter wardrobe a lil something.

SAAKSHA AND KINNI

 

Clash of prints, hues, trends and textures, Saaksha and Kinni jolted us like a breath of fresh air. Hitting us like a truckload of sartorial inspiration, the label has brought together never seen before designs and combinations that will leave you asking for more.

ANTAR AGNI

Minimalistic and chic would be the best way to describe Antar-Agni’s voice of fashion. Sharp cuts, contemporary silhouettes, block colours and a monochromatic colour palette, we’re digging this collection and would love to see more!

SUNAINA KHERA

All things pretty with a sprinkle of pixie dust, Sunaina Khera’s utterly dreamy collection will have you drooling! From stunning dresses and chic gowns to classic drapes and contemporary lehengas, we saw it all!

Keeping it culturally tight, Saroj Jalan’s current collection inculcated a lot of traditional elements like the Gujarati Bandhej, Rajasthani work and Kashmiri Shikarga.

Keeping it relevant for modern times, she fused these culturally strong elements on contemporary designs, popping hues and modern silhouettes and we’re loving the entire vibe! Watch out for this one we say, she’s definitely here to stay!
