Lotus Make-up India Fashion Week A/W 2019 has set the bar high! For the A/W showcase, we saw a lot of labels and designers at the runway, flaunting the best of contemporary vogue under one roof.
Here's what went down on Day 1 at the runway:
Samant Chauhan, Rina Dhaka, Sahil Kochar and Shalini James stun on the runway with pastels and minimalistic details.
Amita Gupta 's collection 'Tara' is an amalgamation of silks and denim for fresh creations.
ARCVSH by Pallavi Singh's current collection 'The Karma Carnival' features whites and ivories with pastel colour-blocking fused with ruffles, layers and tie-dyes.
Diksha Khanna's collection, 'Hadith' featured a lot of contemporary silhouettes and layered ensembles.
While Pramaa by Pratima Pandey focused on embroidery, Vaishali Studio's 'Bisra' focused on 'Khun' looms.
Such a dreamy mix of traditional aesthetics and textures mixed with a rather modern take on designs.
Suket Dhir put on an A-class show with his new collection, 'Play'. Structured and industrial designs fused with a lot of quirkiness and vogue.
Rahul Mishra closed Day 1 with a bang! The designer, who completed 10 years in the industry, showcased a diverse collection seeking inspiration from his former creations. A variety of trends like heavy embroidery, prints, layers fused with popping hues and pastels ruled his showcase.
Sartorial overdose right here!
