The entire entertainment industry is grieving the sudden demise of renowned actor and Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla. Known for his work in TV shows like Balika Vadhu, Dil Se Dil Tak and many others, Sidharth passed away in his sleep due to a massive cardiac arrest on September 2. He was 40 years old. The actor is survived by his mother Rita Shukla and two elder sisters.
Four days after Sidharth's shocking demise, his family members have organised a virtual prayer meet today evening at 5 pm. Friends and fans are invited to join the prayer meet and a link has been provided. A special meditation and prayer session will be held. Karanvir Bohra shared the information on social media.
Sidharth was found unconscious by his rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill on the morning of September 2. Despite multiple attempts, she couldn't revive him and took the actor to Cooper Hospital with his mother, sister and brother-in-law. The doctors declared him dead. Sidharth was cremated on September 3 at Oshiwara Crematorium.
Shehnaaz, who met Sidharth during Bigg Boss 13, was devastated by his sudden demise. She participated in rituals before the cremation.
