She tenders an apology to the Indian Army and pay damages of  Rs. 100 crore: Hindustani Bhau sends a legal notice to Ekta Kapoor over 'Triple X-2' inappropriate scene

Noted film producer Ekta Kapoor's new web series Triple X-2 has sparked controversy after some ex-army personnel lodged a complaint in Gurugram's Palam Vihar police station raising objection over its allegedly inappropriate and vulgar content. Triple X-2 is based on the lives of army personnel. This came after YouTuber Vikas Pathak, known to all as Hindustani Bhau, had slammed the producer for an inappropriate scene in the show.

An entertainment portal's report now suggests that after a police complaint, a legal notice on behalf of Hindustani Bhau has been sent by his lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan to Ekta Kapoor. Sharing details of it Ali said, "We have sent a legal notice to Ekta Kapoor. In the notice, we have mentioned that she tenders an apology to the Indian Army, pay damages of  Rs. 100 crore to the Indian government, remove the illicit episode and refrain from doing any such acts further again. And we have also kept the condition to be followed within 14 days else we will be going ahead strictly along with the police complaint as well as a petition in high court to ban ALT Balaji".

Hindustani Bhau feels the scene is disrespectful towards the Indian Army and an attempt to insult our soldiers. The controversial scene has landed the makers in a spot, what with as Twitterati have been responding to the hashtag #ALTBalaji_Insults_Army all through Tuesday.
