The outbreak of Coronavirus has caused havoc all over the world. With its alarming spread, the invisible enemy has taken lacs into its custody. Now, as India continues to battle the novel COVID-19 for the past two months, Mohena Kumari Singh and her husband's family has tested positive for the novel COVID-19. The television actor married Uttarakhand Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj's son Suyesh Rawat in a royal wedding ceremony last year. Satpal Maharaj along with his wife Amrita Rawat, two sons, two daughters-in-law, one-and-a-half-year-old grandson and 17 of his staff members are tested positive for Coronavirus on Sunday.
According to reports, Satpal Maharaj caught the infection after his wife. Earlier on Friday (May 29), he attended a cabinet meeting at the state secretariat with the Chief Minister, Trivendra Singh Rawat along with senior bureaucrats that included Chief secretary and health secretary. Those present at the meeting are said to be quarantined at home and are tested negative. Confirming the same, Mohena, during an interview with an entertainment portal, told, "Right now we are in the hospital. The news is true, my family and I have tested positive. A lot of people stay with us. Not in the house but we have a quarters sort of thing. We are 7 family members who have been affected and rest all are people from a sanstha. They are also affected but nobody has any kind of major symptom. In fact, none of us have any major symptoms and I think that's why it spread so much and we didn't come to know about it. Kisiko pata hi nahi chala and ghar hi ghar mein fail gaya. Although we have isolated ourselves and now getting our treatment done."
Speaking of Mohena, the actress was last seen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The Princess of Rewa tied the knot with Suyesh in Haridwar on October 14, 2019. The big-fat royal wedding was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
