TV actor Barun Sobti is on cloud nine as he and his wife Pashmeen has been blessed with a baby girl. The actor has finally embraced fatherhood and is gung-ho about taking up the responsibility. Pashmeen delivered the baby girl five days ago and both parents are currently enjoying the initial hiccups of parenthood. Barun confirmed the news of becoming a father to an entertainment portal.
Earlier, in an interview with a leading daily, Barun had shared his views on welcoming a baby. He had said “I am exhausted as I have been shooting and running around and taking care of my wife. But I am happy. Right now, we are both taking one day at a time instead of thinking too much about what will happen when the baby comes and another such kind of questions." About keeping the news of pregnancy under wraps, Barun added, "It was not a plan to hide anything. We told everyone when one is supposed to when pregnant. The baby shower was lovely and it was great to see how much people love you."
Barun and Pashmeen got married in 2010 and after eight years of marital bliss, they have welcomed their first child. The couple is childhood sweethearts and was in the same school where Barun wrote poetry to woo Pashmeen.
