Divyanka Tripathi bids adieu to reality show ‘The Voice’ due to personal commitments

Actress Divyanka Tripathi, who is currently seen hosting the popular singing reality show – The Voice, will no longer be seen on the show. Reportedly, the actress will not host the upcoming episodes because of her personal commitments.

Divyanka took to her social media handle and shared pictures with the judges and penned down an emotional note. She wrote, "How much I'll miss you, the "music-magicians of India" after #TheVoice #CoachesDiary".

The makers of the show have roped in actor Karan Wahi to host the show."I am very excited to be part of this show. I love anchoring and shooting for these episodes was too much of fun. The contestants are talented and listening to them live was an absolute honour," Karan said in a statement to a news agency. 

The grand finale of The Voice will be aired later this week. One of the judges AR Rahman will not be a part of the grand finale due to his health. "Unfortunately can't make it to the great grand finale of 'The Voice' due to my health. Wishing the best to the top 4 contestants. Shine bright and make us proud. God bless," Rahman had tweeted yesterday.

 

Apart from A R Rahman, the show is judged by Kanika Kapoor, Armaan Malik, Harshdeep Kaur and Adnan Sami.
